Q: How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
A: The delivery time varies depending on your location. For most countries, you can expect your order to arrive within 8-15 days. However, in regions like South America, Russia, and Africa, it may take approximately 25-40 days for delivery.
Q: What’s the difference between KUXIU X40 and KUXIU X55?
A: The primary distinction between X40 and X55 is the material used for their construction. The X40 is crafted from aluminum alloy with CNC machining, while the X55 is primarily made of plastic.
Q: I mistakenly entered the wrong address. Can I change it?
A: Absolutely! If you need to update your shipping address, please send an email to [email protected] for assistance.
Please note that once your order is shipped out, we won't be able to make address changes. You can try to contact your local carrier to edit the address or you need to wait the reshipment til the package is returned to us.

A: It's normal for the stand to feel a bit stiff during initial use. This design feature ensures a secure grip for your iPad. To make the folding process smoother, try applying a bit more force and quickly fold and unfold it several times.
Q: My package shows as delivered, but I haven't received it. Can I request a refund?
A: If you haven't received the package, please consider the following steps:
1. Verify Delivery Location: Sometimes, delivery personnel leave packages at the recipient's doorstep, yard, or in corners, or in the mailbox. We suggest you thoroughly search these areas and check if the package is left there.
2. Check Surveillance Footage: If available, you can check any surveillance cameras around your property to see if the delivery was captured on video.
3. Inquire with Neighbors or Family: Reach out to your neighbors or family members to see if they may have received the package on your behalf.
If you have exhausted all these options and are still unable to locate your package, we recommend you contact your local post office. We are not able to initiate a refund for you if your order is shown as delivered.

Once we have reviewed the video and confirmed the issue with the product, we will arrange for a return or exchange process.
